The refund shall only be made if the event is cancelled due to organizer’s very own reasons, but not including natural causes such as disasters, that may lead to provincial or national lockdowns. The Organizer shall not refund anyone funds due to poor performance of one of the artists, attendee’s failure to show up at the venue as stipulated on our date, time and venue, or venue being changed for safety concerns or lucklustre thereof. The Organizer also puts a disclaimer on theft, injuries or loss of life, and/or any form of discrimination faced before, during and after the event. Alcoholism is strictly not allowed at this event. Any substance abuse or usage will be categorically not accepted and anyone not willing to abide by our requests shall be excused from the event and no refund to be made to such individuals.

There are two parking lots at Freeway Bybelkerk, Boksburg, one in right inside the premises, and the other is the fence opposite the main entrance into the Freeway Bybelkerk, Boksburg premises. Each parking lot is fully protected by h properly trained security personnel which will give you the parking lot slip that’s equivalent to the sticker to be pasted on your vehicle. Please comply to our parking rules for your very own good.
As much as extra shall be taken to ensure vehicle safety, the Organizer or the Owner of the Premises shall not be held liable for any theft or loss of property within its parking lots. Each vehicle owner ought to ensure proper locking systems of their vehicle and that valuables are not left in the vehicle that has transparent windows glasses to avoid attracting unnecessary attention from the brethrens that aim in attacking God’s children’s properties.
