Refund policy

Eswatini Skydiving Non-Refundable Policy This policy applies to all ticket purchases for skydiving experiences with Eswatini Skydiving. Please read this policy carefully before making your purchase. 1. Non-Refundable Policy: * All ticket purchases for Eswatini Skydiving are non-refundable. 2. Weather Cancellations: * Skydiving is heavily dependent on weather conditions. * If your jump is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule your jump for another available date and time. * Eswatini Skydiving will make every effort to notify you of weather cancellations as early as possible. * No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations. 3. Customer Cancellations and No-Shows: * Customers who cancel their booking at any time, for any reason, will not be eligible for a refund. * Customers who do not show up for their scheduled jump will not be eligible for a refund. 4. Medical or Safety Reasons: * If a customer is deemed medically unfit or does not meet the safety requirements (weight, age, etc.) by our instructors on the day of the jump, they will be offered the opportunity to reschedule their jump for another available date and time. * A medical certificate or other supporting documentation may be required. * No refunds will be issued for medical or safety reasons. 5. Transfer of Tickets: * Tickets are transferable to another person, provided that the new participant meets all safety requirements. * Please notify Eswatini Skydiving in writing via email with the new participant's details at least 4 hours before the scheduled jump. 6. Force Majeure: * Eswatini Skydiving will not be liable for refunds or rescheduling due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government regulations. 7. Photo and Video Packages: * Refunds for photo and video packages are not available. 8. Changes to the Non-Refundable Policy: * Eswatini Skydiving reserves the right to modify this non-refundable policy at any time. * Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website and communicated to customers via email.

Parking

Eswatini Skydiving Venue Parking Policy 1. Parking Fee: * A flat-rate parking fee of SZL50.00 (Fifty Rand) will be charged per vehicle for the duration of the event. 2. Payment: * Payment for parking will be collected upon entry to the designated parking area. * Acceptable forms of payment include: cash, card, mobile payment. 3. Parking Area: * Parking will be provided in the designated parking area as directed by event staff. * Eswatini Skydiving is not responsible for any damage to or theft of vehicles or their contents while parked in the designated area. 4. Event Attendance: * The parking fee grants parking access for the duration of the Eswatini Skydiving event. * Vehicles remaining in the parking area after the event's conclusion may be subject to additional charges or towing. 5. Liability: * While reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of vehicles, Eswatini Skydiving and the venue are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft occurring within the parking area. * Vehicle owners park at their own risk. 6. Staff Instructions: * All vehicle owners are required to comply with the instructions given by parking staff and event personnel. 7. Policy Changes: * Eswatini Skydiving reserves the right to modify this parking policy at any time. * Any changes to the policy will be clearly communicated to attendees.
