These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in and attendance at eSjandeni, organized by Andrew Mdluli. By purchasing a ticket for the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Tickets and Registration
All attendees must register or purchase a valid ticket to enter the Event.
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or exchanged without the Organizer’s consent.
Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

3. Refunds and Cancellations
Tickets are non refundable .
If the Event is canceled by the Organizer, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If the Event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
The Organizer is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any other costs incurred due to cancellation or postponement.
4. Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward others. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event without refund.
5. Health and Safety
Attendees must comply with all health, safety, and security requirements as directed by the Organizer or venue staff.
The Organizer may impose health-related restrictions (e.g., mask mandates, vaccination proof) as required by law or venue policy.
6. Liability
Attendance at the Event is at your own risk.
The Organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by the Organizer’s negligence.
The Organizer is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.
7. Photography and Media
The Event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional or archival purposes.
By attending, you consent to being included in such media and waive any rights to royalties or compensation.
Personal photography is allowed unless otherwise stated.
8. Intellectual Property
All event materials, presentations, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without permission from the Organizer or the respective speaker/performer.
9. Privacy
