Event Cancellation by Elandsfly (The Organiser) This policy applies if Elandsfly is forced to cancel the entire event, or the helicopter rides specifically, due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather, safety concerns, technical faults, or government restrictions. * Refund Amount: All ticket holders (both helicopter and market entry passes) will be entitled to a 100% full refund of the ticket price paid. * Refund Processing: Refunds will be automatically processed. * Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be completed within 14 working days of the official cancellation announcement
