Ekurhuleni Freedom SpinFest Weekend – Terms & Conditions

1. Entry & Tickets

• Tickets are available via Computicket and at the gate (subject to availability).

• Tickets are valid only for the date purchased.

• Weekend passes grant access to both event days.

• No refunds or exchanges once tickets are purchased.

2. Age Restrictions

• Children under 12 (U12) must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

• Valid tickets are required for all attendees unless stated otherwise.

3. Safety & Conduct

• No weapons, sharp objects, illegal substances, or dangerous items are allowed.

• Fighting, violence, or disorderly conduct will result in immediate removal without refund.

• The event is strictly against Gender-Based Violence (GBV), drug abuse, and any form of harassment.

4. Alcohol & Substances

• Alcohol will only be sold to persons 18 years and older with valid ID.

• No illegal drugs permitted on the premises.

• Intoxicated or disruptive individuals may be denied entry or removed.

5. Car Spinning & Motorsport Activities

• Participation in spinning activities is strictly at your own risk.

• Only approved drivers and vehicles are allowed in designated spinning zones.

• Spectators must remain within demarcated viewing areas at all times.

6. Right of Admission

• The organisers reserve the right of admission.

• The organisers may refuse entry or remove any person for safety or non-compliance reasons without refund.

7. Weather & Programme Changes

• The event will take place rain or shine.

• The organisers reserve the right to change the programme, artists, times, or venues if necessary.

8. Personal Property

• The organisers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

• Attendees are advised to take care of their personal belongings.

9. Photography & Media

• By entering the event, attendees consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and media purposes.

10. Parking & Vehicles

• Parking is at the owner’s risk.

• The organisers are not liable for damage or loss to vehicles or contents.

11. Liability

• Attendance is at your own risk.

• The organisers, sponsors, and venue owners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.

12. Compliance

• By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the venue, attendees agree to comply with all event rules, venue regulations, and South African laws.
