By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Admission & Tickets
1.1. This event is strictly for persons aged 18 years and older.
1.2. A valid government-issued ID may be required at the gate.
1.3. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
1.4. Tickets are valid only for the date and event specified.
1.5. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
1.6. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person without a valid ticket or ID.
2. Alcohol & Substance Policy
2.1. Alcohol will be sold and served in accordance with South African law.
2.2. No alcohol will be served to persons under 18.
2.3. No illegal substances are permitted on the premises.
2.4. Attendees found in possession of illegal substances will be removed from the event and reported to authorities.
2.5. Drink responsibly – excessive intoxication may result in removal without refund.
3. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited:
Weapons of any kind
Illegal drugs or substances
Glass bottles (unless permitted by organisers)
Firearms, sharp objects, or fireworks
Any item deemed dangerous by security
Security reserves the right to search persons and belongings at entry points.
4. Picnic & Seating Rules
4.1. Picnic blankets, cooler boxes, and small picnic setups are allowed unless stated otherwise by organisers.
4.2. Large gazebos, sound systems, or commercial equipment are not allowed without prior approval.
4.3. Space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Safety & Security
5.1. Attendees enter the event at their own risk.
5.2. The organisers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
5.3. Any form of violence, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate removal.
5.4. Emergency services and security personnel will be on site.
6. Weather Policy
6.1. This is an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine.
6.2. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions unless the event is cancelled by organisers.
7. Media & Recording
7.1. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded.
7.2. Content captured may be used for marketing, promotional, or archival purposes by the organisers without compensation.
8. Line-Up & Program Changes
8.1. The event line-up and schedule are subject to change without prior notice.
8.2. No refunds will be issued due to artist or program changes.
9. Cancellation & Force Majeure
9.1. The organisers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or relocate the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
9.2. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be informed of refund or rescheduling procedures.
10. General
10.1. Attendees must comply with event rules, signage, and instructions from staff and security.
10.2. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
10.3. The organisers reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
