Terms & Conditions – EC Repo Raffles

  1. Eligibility:

    • Participants must be 16 years or older.

    • Entries are open to residents of South Africa.

  2. Entry & Payment:

    • Each entry costs R50

    • Entry is confirmed only upon full payment.

    • Entries are non-refundable.

  3. Raffle Period:

    • The raffle will close on 20-May-2025 or once all spots are filled.

    • The draw will take place on 31-May-2025, and the winner will be announced live on Facebook at EC Repo Raffles.

  4. Winner Selection:

    • The winner will be selected at random using a transparent method (e.g. electronic generator).

    • The decision is final and not subject to appeal.

  5. Prize Details:

    • The prize is the 2021 Volkswagen Polo Vivo shown in the advertisement.

    • The car is awarded as-is, with no warranties beyond roadworthiness at the time of transfer.

    • Any transfer fees, registration, licensing, or insurance are the responsibility of the winner.

  6. Claiming the Prize:

    • The winner must claim the vehicle within 7 days of the draw.

    • Failure to respond may result in a redraw.

  7. Disqualification:

    • EC Repo Raffles reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of tampering or acting fraudulently.

  8. Legal:

    • This raffle is not affiliated with Facebook or Volkswagen.

    • Participation constitutes acceptance of all terms stated above.
