By purchasing a ticket to any Drykop Fam & Friends event, you agree to the following:
1. Tickets: All tickets are valid only for the date and phase purchased. Please bring your QR code.
2. No Refund Policy: All sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or non-attendance.
- More than 30 days before event: 100% non-refundable
- Less than 30 days but more than 7 days before: 100% non-refundable
- Less than 7 days before event: 100% non-refundable
Only in case of death or hospitalisation with valid proof, we may allow a name change to another person at our discretion. No cash refunds.
1. Event Changes: We reserve the right to change venue, time, or line-up if necessary. If we cancel the event, tickets will be moved to a new date.
2. Conduct: No weapons, drugs, or disruptive behaviour. Right of admission reserved.
3. Liability: You attend at your own risk. We are not liable for loss, injury, or damage .
