By purchasing a ticket and attending the Drive-In Movie Night: Parys Family Day ("the Event"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Gates open at the time indicated on your ticket.12 PM
Family Day activities, including jumping castles, games, food vendors and entertainment, will commence as advertised.
The movie screening will begin after sunset.
Event times are subject to change due to operational requirements or weather conditions.
Late arrivals may be refused entry once the movie screening has commenced.
All tickets must be purchased through the official ticketing platform.
A valid printed or digital ticket must be presented for entry.
Tickets may not be copied, resold, or transferred for profit.
Lost, stolen, damaged or duplicated tickets will not be replaced.
Tickets are non-refundable except where the event is cancelled by the Organiser.
The Organiser reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate or cancel the Event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, safety concerns, venue issues, or force majeure.
Should the Event be cancelled before commencement, ticket holders will be notified through the contact details provided at booking.
In the event of cancellation, ticket holders may be offered a refund, event credit, or transfer to a rescheduled date at the Organiser's discretion.
Light rain or cooler weather will not necessarily result in cancellation. Guests are encouraged to bring appropriate clothing and blankets.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the Event for:
Disorderly, disruptive, abusive, threatening or intoxicated behaviour.
Failure to comply with venue safety requirements.
Possession of prohibited items.
Any conduct that may endanger guests, staff, participants or property.
No refunds will be provided in such instances.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
Children using jumping castles and other recreational equipment do so at their own risk.
The Organiser, vendors, and service providers accept no responsibility for minor injuries arising from normal participation in recreational activities.
Children must comply with all safety rules displayed at activity stations.
The following items are not permitted:
Weapons of any kind.
Illegal substances.
Fireworks, flares, explosives or open flames.
Laser pointers.
Drones or unauthorised aerial devices.
Glass bottles or containers.
Any item deemed dangerous or disruptive by Event Management.
Food and beverages may be purchased from authorised vendors on-site.
Guests may bring their own refreshments.
Coolerbox is R50 at the gate.
Excessive alcohol consumption and public intoxication will not be tolerated.
Guests attending the drive-in screening must park only in designated areas.
Vehicles must follow directions from Event Marshals and Parking Attendants.
Headlights and hazard lights must be switched off during the movie screening.
The Organiser is not responsible for theft, damage to vehicles, or loss of personal belongings.
By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing and archival purposes.
The Organiser may use such material without compensation to attendees.
Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional material should notify Event Management on arrival.
Attendance at the Event is entirely at your own risk.
Palesa Arts and Culture Creations, its employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, theft or expense incurred by any attendee, except where required by law.
Attendees are responsible for safeguarding their own property and belongings.
Parents and guardians accept full responsibility for minors attending the Event.
The Organiser shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, civil unrest, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Personal information collected during ticket purchases will be used only for event administration, communication and legal compliance.
Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.
All attendees must comply with these Terms & Conditions and any reasonable instructions given by Event Management.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
Entry to the Event constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
