for Divundu Festival 2025

1. General Admission & Entry

  • All attendees must present a valid ticket with personalized barcode for entry.

  • Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation.

  • Entry is subject to security screening. The festival reserves the right to deny entry to anyone violating these terms or posing a safety risk.

2. Code of Conduct

  • Respect for all cultures, communities, and individuals is mandatory.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or violence of any kind will result in immediate removal.

  • Attendees must follow instructions from festival staff and security personnel at all times.

3. Safety & Liability

  • Divundu Festival is not liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property.

  • Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own belongings.

  • Emergency services will be on-site. Please report any incidents immediately.

4. Performers & Vendors

  • All performers and vendors must be registered and approved by the festival team.

  • Artist packages and vendor agreements are binding once signed.

  • The festival reserves the right to adjust performance schedules or vendor placements due to logistical needs.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All performances, artworks, and installations remain the intellectual property of their creators.

  • By participating, artists grant the festival permission to document and share content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Digital Ticketing & Registration

  • Each ticket is linked to a unique barcode and attendee profile.

  • Mobile entry is supported; attendees must ensure their devices are charged and functional.

  • Lost or stolen tickets must be reported immediately. Reissuance is subject to verification.

7. Sponsorships & Partnerships

  • Sponsors and partners must adhere to the festival’s values of cultural respect, community upliftment, and fair practice.

  • Promotional materials must be pre-approved by the organizing committee.

8. Environmental & Community Responsibility

  • Divundu Festival is committed to sustainability and local empowerment.

  • Attendees are encouraged to dispose of waste responsibly and support local vendors.

  • Noise levels, traffic, and public behavior must respect the surrounding community.

9. Amendments

  • These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Changes will be communicated via official festival channels.

  • Continued participation implies acceptance of any updated terms.
