Tickets are or will be refunded when and only if the event has been cancelled by the organizer of the event, people will be required to bring thier I'd number and cell phone as proof of purchase, an sms will be sent to the buyer giving reasons for the cancellation of the show, other wise please note that tickets are not refunded.
