Happening in the home of the big five, North West Province, Deep In The Bush Music Series is a three-day event that brings some of the well-known best deep-house names in the middle of the wilderness of Pilanesberg National Park, combine with camping, quad-biking, cultural activities and adventure trails giving our audience a lifetime experience like no other.

Refund policy
The Design Bar (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to cancel an event. If The Design Bar (Pty) Ltd cancels an event, registrants will be provided with at least 24-hour notice of such cancellation and offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, The Design Bar (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. Camping Cancellation by Participant All cancellation request must be received in writing. The deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 10 days prior to the event. All cancellations must be made in writing and carries a 10% administration fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. No show / non-attendance on the day: Refunds will not be made for registrants that are unable to attend an event. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the company/individual and/or Invoice number as well as proof of banking details. All eligible refunds will be actioned within 14 days after receiving the refund request. Event Ticket Cancellation By Attendee No cancellation by attendees will be refunded for the event. No show / non-attendance on the day: Refunds will not be made for registrants that are unable to attend an event.
Camping Village Parking
There will a dedicated parking with 24 hours security at the event for camping residents.
Camping Village Ablution Facilities
Each camping village will have access to hot showers and flushing toilets. The facilities will have dedicated personnel making sure they are cleaned throughout your stay at the camp.
Camping Village Security
Each camping village will be provided with a dedicated 24 hours security personnel.
General Event Parking
There will be a dedicated parking area for all day event attendees.
