Terms and Conditions – Dedication to Women with Dj Young Event
1. Ticket Purchase and Use
· All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
· Tickets are only valid when purchased through authorized sellers. Resale or transfer of tickets for commercial gain without written permission is prohibited.
· Entry may be refused if the ticket is damaged, defaced, or purchased from unauthorized sources.
2. Event Admission
· Admission is subject to venue capacity and security procedures.
· Doors open at 14H00. Line-up and schedule are subject to change without notice.
3. Conduct and Safety
· Attendees must comply with all event and venue rules, staff instructions, and applicable laws.
· No weapons, illegal substances, or prohibited items allowed. Security reserves the right to search persons and belongings.
· Disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
4. Cancellations and Changes
· The organizer reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, artist cancellation, or force majeure.
· In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be refunded the face value of the ticket in accordance with applicable laws.
5. Liability
· Attendees assume all risk and danger incidental to the event, including injury, loss, or damage to person or property.
· The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
6. Recording and Photography
· Professional audio/video recording equipment is prohibited unless authorized.
· By attending, you consent to be filmed and photographed for promotional use by the event and its affiliates.
7. Governing Law
· These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
