for DAYVIBE CHILLERS

To ensure a safe and organised experience for all attendees, the following parking policy applies:

  1. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Early arrival is recommended to secure a parking space.

  2. All vehicles are parked at the owner's sole risk. The event organisers, venue management, sponsors, and staff accept no responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, or vandalism to vehicles or their contents.

  3. Do not leave valuables unattended inside your vehicle. Attendees are encouraged to remove or conceal personal belongings before leaving their vehicles.

  4. Follow the instructions of parking marshals and security personnel at all times. Failure to comply may result in restricted access or removal from the parking area.

  5. Only park in designated parking bays. Vehicles parked in unauthorised areas, emergency access routes, or entrances may be towed or relocated at the owner's expense.

  6. Speed limits within the parking area must be observed. Reckless driving, excessive noise, or dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated.

  7. No overnight parking is permitted unless prior written approval has been obtained from the event organisers.

  8. VIP or reserved parking is only available to guests with valid VIP or authorised parking passes.

  9. The organisers reserve the right to inspect vehicles entering the parking area where necessary to maintain the safety and security of the event.

  10. By entering the parking area, attendees acknowledge and agree to these parking terms and conditions.
