By purchasing a ticket to DAY VIBE 2.0 Market Fest, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
All tickets are subject to availability and must be purchased through the authorised ticketing platform.
No tickets will be sold at the gate.
Tickets must be presented at the entrance, either digitally or in printed form.
Each ticket is valid for one person only, unless otherwise stated.
Tickets may not be duplicated, altered, resold or used for unauthorised commercial purposes.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry where a ticket is found to be invalid, duplicated or obtained through fraudulent means.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where the event is officially cancelled or the organiser determines otherwise.
If the event is postponed, tickets may remain valid for the new date, subject to the organiser's announcement.
Refund procedures, where applicable, will be communicated through the authorised ticketing platform.
Attendees may be required to present valid identification upon entry.
The organiser reserves the right to conduct reasonable security checks.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is considered disruptive, dangerous or inappropriate.
Re-entry may not be permitted once an attendee has left the venue.
For the safety of all attendees, the following may not be brought into the event unless specifically authorised:
Weapons or dangerous objects
Illegal drugs or substances
Fireworks or explosives
Items that may cause injury or disruption
Unauthorised professional recording equipment
Any other item prohibited by venue management or event security
Fighting, harassment, theft, vandalism, disorderly conduct or any other unlawful behaviour will not be tolerated.
A Coolerbox ticket permits the ticket holder to bring a coolerbox subject to venue and organiser rules.
Coolerbox contents may be inspected by security upon entry.
The organiser reserves the right to prohibit any item considered unsafe, illegal or unsuitable for the event.
A Coolerbox ticket does not automatically grant additional entry tickets to other people.
The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the line-up, programme, venue arrangements, operating times or other event details where circumstances require it.
Every effort will be made to communicate significant changes to ticket holders through the appropriate channels.
In the event that the festival is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the organiser's reasonable control, including severe weather, safety concerns, government restrictions, venue issues or other unforeseen circumstances, the organiser will communicate the applicable arrangements to ticket holders.
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings. The organiser, venue and event staff will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
By attending the event, you acknowledge that photography, video and other recordings may take place during the event.
These recordings may be used by The Vibe Yard for legitimate promotional, marketing and social-media purposes.
All attendees are required to follow instructions given by event staff, security personnel and venue management.
In the event of an emergency, attendees must follow all safety and evacuation procedures.
Children and minors may only attend where permitted by the organiser and venue. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for minors under their care.
No underage person may purchase, possess or consume alcohol or any other age-restricted substance.
Where alcohol is available at the event, it may only be purchased, possessed and consumed by persons who are legally permitted to do so.
Illegal drugs and prohibited substances are strictly not permitted.
Attendance at the event is at the attendee's own risk, subject to rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Attendees are expected to take reasonable care of themselves and their belongings and to comply with all venue and safety requirements.
Purchase or use of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The organiser reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable law.
