Terms and Conditions

for Dare reMachinda
  1. Ticket Purchase & Validity All tickets are sold through authorised platforms (Computicket and Webtickets) only. Tickets purchased through unauthorised third parties are invalid and will not be honoured at the venue.

  2. No Refunds & No Exchanges All ticket sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be issued except in the event of cancellation or postponement by the organiser.

  3. Event Cancellation or Postponement In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement, ticket holders will be notified via the platform used for purchase. Refund or exchange options will be communicated at that time.

  4. Admission A valid ticket (digital or printed) must be presented at the entrance. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who cannot produce a valid ticket.

  5. Age Restriction This event is intended for adult men (18 years and older). The organiser reserves the right to request proof of age.

  6. Complimentary Meal & Tea One (1) traditional meal and tea is included per ticket holder. This is non-transferable and available only on the day of the event while stocks last.

  7. Conduct & Behaviour All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. The organiser reserves the right to remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive, or threatening without refund.

  8. Photography & Recording The event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. By attending, ticket holders consent to their likeness being captured and used for promotional purposes by the organiser.

  9. Personal Belongings The organiser and venue accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event.

  10. Health & Safety Attendees are required to comply with all venue health and safety regulations in force on the day of the event. This is a strictly No Smoking and No Alcohol event. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the venue premises. Any attendee found in possession of or consuming alcohol will be asked to leave the venue immediately without refund.

  11. Liability The organiser's liability is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased. The organiser is not liable for any indirect loss, travel costs, or inconvenience arising from attendance or non-attendance.

  12. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
