DAD & ME DAY OUT (FATHER’S DAY EDITION) – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Event Information

The DAD & ME DAY OUT (FATHER’S DAY EDITION) will take place on 21 June 2026 at Schoonspruit Park, Klerksdorp Central, from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

2. Ticketing & Entry

All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.

Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without permission.

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

3. Age Restrictions

This is a family-friendly event; however, certain activities may have age restrictions.

Alcohol (if available) will only be sold to persons aged 18 years and older, in accordance with South African law.

Valid ID may be required for age verification.

4. Health & Safety

Attendees enter the event at their own risk.

Parents/guardians are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of their children.

The event organizers will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal property.

Attendees must comply with all safety instructions and park regulations.

5. Code of Conduct

Respectful behavior towards all attendees, staff, and vendors is required.

Any form of violence, discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

Illegal substances and weapons are strictly prohibited.

6. Food & Vendors

Food and beverages will be available from independent vendors.

The organizers are not responsible for food quality, allergies, or dietary issues—please check with vendors directly.

7. Photography & Media

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes.

All media captured during the event remains the property of the event organizers.

8. Weather Policy

This is an outdoor event and will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe.

No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions beyond the organizers’ control.

9. Event Changes & Cancellation

The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, activities, or lineup without prior notice.

In the event of cancellation, attendees will be notified and refund procedures will be communicated.

10. Liability Disclaimer

The event organizers, partners, and venue shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, injury, or damages sustained during the event.

Attendees participate in all activities at their own risk.

11. Parking & Transport

Parking is available but may be limited.

Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. The organizers are not liable for any loss or damage.

12. Right of Admission Reserved

The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who violates these terms or poses a risk to others.
