Non-Refundable Situations: • Attendee no-shows or last-minute cancellations. • Change of mind after purchase. • Partial attendance (e.g., leaving the event early). 3. How to Request a Refund: Eligible refunds must be requested via email to joshuagorimbo@gmail.com within 7 days after the event date. Include: • Full name. • Ticket reference number. • Reason for refund (with proof if applicable). 4. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. 5. Parking
1. Parking Availability: Complimentary parking will be available outside the venue on a first-come, first-served basis.
