Tickets are sold exclusively through Computicket.
Event Attendance
This event is open to graduates and young professionals.
Participants must present a valid ticket and identification upon arrival.
Late arrivals may miss certain sessions; no compensation will be provided.
Accommodation & Meals
The ticket price includes accommodation, meals, and access to all camp sessions, unless stated otherwise.
Special dietary requirements must be communicated in advance.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times.
Motse Innovation Centre reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.
Health & Safety
Attendance is at the participant’s own risk.
Motse Innovation Centre will not be held liable for loss, damage, injury, or illness during the event, except where required by law.
Media & Content
By attending, participants consent to the use of photographs, video recordings, and testimonials for marketing and promotional purposes.
Programme Changes
The organiser reserves the right to amend the programme, speakers, venue, or schedule if necessary.
Any significant changes will be communicated in advance where possible.
Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event of cancellation, ticket holders will be informed via Computicket.
Refunds or alternatives will be handled in line with Computicket’s policies.
