CIELLO SESSIONS EP.1 – Terms & Conditions
1. Ticket Purchase
- All sales are final. No refunds unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.
- Tickets are valid for one person only. Resale for profit is prohibited.
2. Entry & Age
- Strictly 18+ with valid ID. No ID, no entry.
- Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry for intoxication, aggression, or failure to meet dress code.
3. Dress Code
- *Vintage School Uniforms only.* No uniform = no entry.
- No exceptions. This is part of the theme.
4. Conduct
- No weapons, drugs, or illegal substances allowed.
- Zero tolerance for violence, harassment, or theft. Offenders will be removed without refund.
- Organisers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
5. Photography & Media
- By attending, you consent to being photographed/filmed for promotional use by CIELLO SESSIONS.
- No professional cameras or recording equipment without prior approval.
6. Event Changes
- Organisers reserve the right to change lineup, set times, or venue due to circumstances beyond control. No refunds for lineup changes.
- If the event is cancelled, full refunds will be processed through Computickets within 7 working days.
7. Liability
- Attendees enter at their own risk. Organisers, venue, and staff are not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where required by law.
