TERMS & CONDITIONS - Christmas party 🎅

By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following:

1. TICKETS & ENTRY

1.1. One ticket admits one person.

1.2. Tickets purchased via Computicket / Computicket Box Office are non-transferable without organizer approval.

1.3. A valid ticket (printed or e-ticket on your phone) and valid ID must be presented at the entrance.

1.4. Keep your ticket safe. No duplicate tickets will be issued for lost tickets.

1.5. Wristbands/tickets removed or tampered with will be invalid.

2. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

2.2. If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued via Computicket, minus Computicket's admin fee (R10) and 2% bank charge.

2.3. If the event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you have 7 days to request a refund.

2.4. Event lineup, times, and venue are subject to change without prior notice.

3. RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED (ROAR)

3.1. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry.

3.2. No entry for under 18s unless accompanied by a parent/guardian e.g., This is an 18+ event, no under 18s allowed].

3.3. No drugs, weapons or illegal substances.

3.4. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

4. BEHAVIOUR

4.1. Aggressive, abusive, or disorderly behaviour will result in immediate removal without refund.

4.2. No fighting, vandalism, or disrespect to staff and other patrons.

5. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

5.1. By attending, you consent to being photographed/filmed and for footage to be used for marketing purposes.

5.2. Professional cameras, drones, and recording equipment are not allowed without prior written consent.

6. LIABILITY

6.1. You attend at your own risk. The organizer, venue, and Computicket will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage.

6.2. Please drink responsibly. Don't drink and drive.

7. CHRISTMAS SPECIAL RULES

7.1. This is a Christmas Day event. All sales are final after 20 December - no refunds after this date.

7.2. Dress code:Smart Casual / Christmas Colours
