At Chosen Generation,Rise Up we are committed to providing a meaningful and enjoyable experience at our brand launch event. If you find yourself unable to attend after purchasing a ticket, we offer a half-price refund under the following conditions: **Conditions for Half-Price Refund:** 1. **Request Period:** Refund requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date. 2. **Refund Amount:** Refunds will be issued at 50% of the ticket purchase price. 3. **Proof of Purchase:** A proof of ticket purchase (receipt, order confirmation) must be provided. 4. **Refund Process:** Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. 5. **Exclusions:** Tickets purchased within 14 days of the event date are not eligible for a half-price refund. 6. **Transfer of Tickets:** Tickets may be transferred to another person with notification to [Christian Brand Name] at least 48 hours before the event.
