1. Entry and Tickets
A valid ticket is required for entry to Chilla Nathi Fest.
General admission and VIP tickets provide access according to the ticket purchased.
Tickets must be presented at the entrance for verification.
Each ticket may only be used once.
2. Ticket Sales
All ticket prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Early Bird tickets are available in limited quantities.
Tickets are subject to availability.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund requests will be handled in accordance with the event organiser's refund policy and applicable South African consumer law.
If the event is cancelled or materially changed, ticket holders will be informed of the available options in accordance with applicable law.
4. Conduct and Safety
All attendees must behave responsibly and respect other guests, staff and the venue.
The organisers reserve the right to address disruptive or unsafe behaviour in accordance with venue rules and applicable law.
Attendees must comply with reasonable security instructions.
5. Age Restrictions
Attendees must comply with the event's published age restrictions.
Valid identification may be requested where necessary.
6. Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
The organisers are not responsible for loss or damage except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme when necessary and will communicate significant changes to attendees.
8. Acceptance
By purchasing a ticket, attendees acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
