2. TICKET SALES
2.1 Tickets to the Event may be purchased online, by phone, or in person at the designated ticket outlet(s).
2.2 Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and there is no guarantee that tickets will be available for purchase.
2.3 The Event Organizer reserves the right to limit or refuse ticket sales to any person or group.
3. TICKET PRICES
3.1 Ticket prices may vary depending on the seating location, demand, and availability.
3.2 Ticket prices are subject to change without notice.
4. TICKET TRANSFERS
4.1 Tickets are non-transferable and may not be sold or given to another person.
4.2 Any attempt to transfer a ticket may result in the ticket being cancelled and the Ticket Holder being denied entry to the Event.
5. TICKET CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
5.1 If the Event is cancelled or postponed, the Ticket Holder may be entitled to a refund or credit towards a future Event.
5.2 Refunds or credits will be issued in accordance with the Event Organizer's refund and credit policy.
5.3 The Event Organizer is not responsible for any additional costs or expenses incurred by the Ticket Holder in relation to the Event.
6. ENTRY TO THE EVENT
6.1 The Ticket Holder must present a valid ticket at the designated entry point to gain entry to the Event.
6.2 The Ticket Holder must comply with all instructions and directions from Event staff and security personnel.
6.3 The Event Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to the Event to any person who is deemed to be intoxicated, abusive, or causing a disturbance.
7. EVENT PROGRAM
7.1 The Event program is subject to change without notice.
7.2 The Event Organizer reserves the right to change the Event program, including the order of performances and the introduction of new acts.
8. RIGHTS OF THE EVENT ORGANIZER
8.1 The Event Organizer reserves the right to:
Cancel or postpone the Event at any time.
Change the Event program or schedule.
Refuse entry to the Event to any person who is deemed to be a threat to the safety or well-being of others.
Remove any person from the Event who is deemed to be causing a disturbance or disrupting the Event.
9. PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING
9.1 The Event Organizer may take photographs and recordings of the Event for promotional and other purposes.
9.2 The Ticket Holder grants permission for the Event Organizer to use their image and likeness in any photograph or recording taken at the Event.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
10.1 The Event Organizer retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Event, including all intellectual property rights.
10.2 The Ticket Holder agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or display any copyrighted material from the Event without the prior written consent of the Event Organizer.
11. GOVERNING LAW
