The organizers, sponsors, and venue owners shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, injury, damage, or personal property loss occurring during the event.
By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
Images and recordings may be used for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
The organizers shall not be liable for cancellation or interruption caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including weather conditions, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
