ELITE SOCCER DEVELOPMENT AGENCY (ESDA)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALES
Effective: 15 July 2025
These terms govern the sale and use of tickets for the ESDA Soccer Tournament (“The Event”), organised by Elite Soccer Development Agency (ESDA). By purchasing or holding a ticket, you agree to the following terms:
1. TICKET PURCHASE
1.1. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where the event is cancelled or rescheduled (see section 5).
1.2. Tickets must be purchased through authorised platforms or designated vendors only.
1.3. Each ticket admits one person. Duplicate or counterfeit tickets will not be honoured.
2. PRICING
2.1. Ticket prices are set by ESDA and are subject to change without notice.
2.2. Any discounts or promotional offers are valid only during the time of the promotion and may not be applied retroactively.
2.3. Children under the age of 7 may enter for free or at a reduced rate, subject to ESDA's child policy.
3. ENTRY TO THE VENUE
3.1. Entry is only granted upon presentation of a valid ticket and, if applicable, proof of identity.
3.2. Gates will open 2 hours prior to kick-off. Late arrivals may be restricted from entering at certain times.
3.3. No re-entry is allowed without a valid re-entry pass.
4. CONDUCT AT THE EVENT
4.1. Attendees must comply with all stadium and security regulations.
4.2. The following items are strictly prohibited:
Weapons or dangerous objects
Alcohol or drugs
Glass containers
Fireworks or flares
Political or offensive signage
4.3. Any attendee who engages in unruly, abusive, or illegal behaviour may be removed from the venue without refund.
5. EVENT POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION
5.1. If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date.
5.2. If the event is cancelled entirely, a refund process will be communicated via official ESDA platforms.
5.3. ESDA is not liable for any additional costs incurred by ticket holders (e.g., travel, accommodation).
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1. Ticket holders attend the event at their own risk.
6.2. ESDA, its partners, sponsors, and venue owners accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
6.3. It is the responsibility of each attendee to safeguard their personal belongings.
7. MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHY
7.1. By attending, ticket holders consent to the use of their image, voice, or likeness in promotional material, live broadcasts, or post-event footage.
7.2. Unauthorized commercial filming or photography is strictly prohibited.
8. TICKET RESALE
8.1. Tickets may not be resold for profit or commercial gain.
8.2. Resale or attempted resale may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
9.1. ESDA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
9.2. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to review the latest version of these Terms before attending the event.
