Cellar Rats Wine Club, Riversands Farm Village and their representatives, accept no liability in respect of any theft, liability, loss, damage or injury to the person or property of the ticket purchaser/attendee, his or her family, or visitors arising from fire, theft, accident, intrusion or otherwise by whomsoever and howsoever caused, or arising from the negligent or wrongful act of any person in the employment of Cellar Rats Wine Club, Riversands Farm Village, or their representatives, or any other cause. The ticket purchaser/attendee hereby waives all claims against Cellar Rats Wine Club and Riversands Farm Village, arising from the loss, damage to any property and/or goods under the control or arising from any injury or death during the course of or related to the attendance of the event or on entry to the premises. The attendee indemnifies Cellar Rats Wine Club and Riversands Farm Village, from all employees and/or representatives of Cellar Rats Wine Club and Riversands Farm Village, against all claims (including any claims by any dependents), arising from the loss of or damage to any goods belonging to or controlled by the attendee or arising from any injury or death during the course of their attendance. Without derogating from the generality of the aforegoing, the attendee acknowledges that Cellar Rats Wine Club and Riversands Farm Village, shall not be liable to the attendee or any of its dependents relatives or guests for any injury, illness, harm, loss of support, consequential loss, damage or damages of whatsoever nature that may be sustained from any cause whatsoever (including but not limited to negligence and/or fault) whilst in the premises rented, owned or controlled by Cellar Rats Wine Club, and Riversands Farm Village.
