Celeb Sign Win a Car Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

- The competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 and above.

- Employees of Celeb Sign and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

- Purchase a ticket for R120 each.

- Share a personal story (max 250 words) on social media using a specific hashtag.

- Tag a friend in the social media post.

3. Competition Period

- The competition starts on 3 May 2023 and ends on 25 November 2023.

- No entries will be accepted after the closing date.

4. Prizes

- First Prize: One winner will receive a brand new VW Polo GTI car.

- Second Prize: One winner will receive a Macbook Air and an iPhone 15 Pro Max.

- Third Prize: One winner will receive an iPhone 15 Pro Max.

- The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Winner Selection

- The winners will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries.

- The draw will take place on 30 November 2023 and the winners will be notified by phone and social media.

6. Terms and Conditions

- By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

- Celeb Sign reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without notice.

- Celeb Sign's decision is final and binding in all matters related to the competition.

There will be no refund

- By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of the competition.

- Celeb Sign will not share personal information with third parties unless required by law.

8. Dispute Resolution

- Any disputes related to the competition will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
