Learner Access & Verification The exhibition is free for designated learners. Only invited schools and their Teachers will be granted entry. Learners must present valid school identification or be on the official attendance list.
Each learner will receive a wristband or stamp upon entry. Re-entry will only be permitted with an intact wristband/stamp.
No tickets are required for learners, but entry points will be monitored. Security personnel will verify school lists at the entrance. Unauthorized individuals will not be allowed entry.
Teachers or school representatives must accompany learners. Schools must provide a list of attending students in advance.
This event is not open to the public or additional schools. A follow-up exhibition will be planned to accommodate more schools.
Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. In line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (PoPIA): Consent will be obtained from learners' schools or guardians where necessary. Any attendee who does not wish to be photographed must notify the organizers in advance. Photos and videos will not be used for unauthorized commercial purposes. Media and VIP guests must obtain prior approval for access and photography.
Personal information collected (e.g., attendance lists) will be handled per PoPIA regulations. Information will not be shared with third parties without consent. Schools and learners can request data removal by contacting the event organizers.
