By procuring a ticket for Career Connect, hosted by Phakamani Young Minds Academy (PYMA), through Computicket, you ("the Attendee") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Commitment to Attend: Admission is free; however, tickets are limited. As an NPO, PYMA relies on accurate attendance figures. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket through the Computicket system or notify us so your spot can be reassigned to another young person.
Verification: Admission is subject to the presentation of a valid Computicket ticket (printed or digital).
Recording Release: By attending Career Connect, you acknowledge that the event is a public forum and consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
Usage: You grant PYMA and its authorized partners the right to use your image, likeness, and voice in promotional materials, social media, and impact reports without further notice or compensation.
Resources: Access to the Career Readiness Toolkit, bursaries, and mentorship sessions is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
No Guarantee: Participation in the event provides access to information and networking but does not guarantee employment, internship placement, or the awarding of a bursary.
Respectful Engagement: All attendees must conduct themselves professionally. PYMA reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person whose behavior is disruptive, offensive, or poses a safety risk.
Prohibited Items: No weapons, illegal substances, or alcohol are permitted at the venue.
Risk: Attendance is at your own risk. PYMA, Computicket, and the venue owners are not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Supervision: Attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Processing: In compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you consent to PYMA processing your personal information for event management, communication, and reporting purposes.
Marketing: We will not share your personal data with third-party marketers without your explicit consent.
