Capricorn Heritage Festival Terms and Conditions
1. General Conditions: 1.1. By attending the Capricorn Heritage Festival, attendees agree to comply with these terms and conditions. 1.2. The festival organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 1.3. The festival will be held at various locations as specified in the event schedule. The main event will be held in Polokwane on September 28, 2024.
2. Ticketing and Admission: 2.1. Tickets must be purchased in advance and presented at the entrance. No entry will be allowed without a valid ticket. 2.2. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless the event is canceled. 2.3. The festival organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person at their discretion.

7. Sponsorship and Partnerships: 7.1. Sponsors and partners must enter into a formal agreement with the festival organizers. 7.2. Sponsors and partners must adhere to the terms outlined in their agreement and any additional guidelines provided by the festival organizers.
8. Liability: 8.1. The festival organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred by attendees, vendors, exhibitors, or sponsors at the event. 8.2. Attendees participate in the festival at their own risk.
9. Governing Law: 9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. 9.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
