Chief Luthuli Primary School Cancer Awareness 6KM fun walk/run

1. Registration & Tickets

- Tickets must be purchased at your nearest Shoprite store before the event.

- Prices: 13-17 years R40, 18 years & up R70.

- All participants must have a valid ticket to take part.

- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.

2. Participation & Safety

- This is a fun walk, not a race. Participants walk/run at their own pace.

- Participants under 13 must be accompanied by an adult/guardian.

- By entering, you agree that you are medically fit to participate. The organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during the event.

- Follow marshals’ instructions and stay on the designated 6KM route.

3. Event Rules

- Theme is “Touch of Pink” - participants are encouraged to wear pink.

- No vehicles, bicycles, or pets allowed on the route for safety reasons.

- Littering is not allowed. Use bins provided at the venue.

4. Cancellations & Changes

- The event will proceed in light rain. Only severe weather will cause cancellation/postponement.

- The organizers reserve the right to change the route, time, or date if needed for safety. Updates will be communicated via the contact number provided.

5. Media & Data

- By participating, you consent to photos/videos being taken for school and awareness campaign use.

- Personal info collected will only be used for event communication.
