Cake & Picnic 2026 – Terms & Conditions
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.
Each attendee is required to bring a cake to participate in the communal cake-cutting experience.
No alcohol may be brought onto the venue premises. Guests may bring their own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.
All attendees enter and participate in the event at their own risk. The organizers and venue shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, theft, damage, or expenses incurred during the event.
Parking is available on-site; however, all vehicles and personal belongings are left at the owner’s risk. The venue and event organizers accept no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Attendees agree to behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, vendors, and the venue. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
Event photographs and videos may be taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending, guests consent to the use of their image in such content.
The event will proceed in most weather conditions. In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, the event may be postponed or rescheduled.
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, guests acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
