Event Terms & Conditions
Event Details The 4th Annual Business Breakfast Networking Session (“the Event”) is organised by Ladies in Business Network SA. By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Ticket Purchase & Entry
A valid ticket is required for entry to the Event.
Tickets must be purchased via the authorised booking platform.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any attendee who does not comply with event rules or conduct standards.
Refunds & Transfers
Tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets are transferable with prior written notification to the organiser at least 48 hours before the Event.
No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
In the event of cancellation by the organiser, a full refund will be issued.
If the Event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
Programme Changes The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Event programme, speakers, venue, or schedule where necessary.
Photography & Media
The Event may be photographed or recorded for marketing and promotional purposes.
By attending, participants grant permission for the use of images or recordings in which they may appear, without compensation.
Attendees who do not wish to be photographed should notify the organiser in advance.
Code of Conduct
The Event is a professional, faith-inspired business gathering.
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally at all times.
Any disruptive, inappropriate, or unethical behaviour may result in removal from the Event without refund.
Liability
Attendance and participation are at the attendee’s own risk.
The organiser shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft of personal property during the Event.
Health & Safety Attendees are required to comply with all venue health and safety regulations and instructions from event staff.
Data Protection Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event-related communication and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Acceptance of Terms By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, attendees confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
