By purchasing a ticket to attend the Bushbuckridge Heritage Blast 1st Annual, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Ticket Purchase & Entry
Tickets are available for purchase nationwide via Computicket.
A valid ticket must be presented at the entrance for entry to the event.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the organizer.
Attendees must be 18 years or older or accompanied by an adult.
Event Timing
The event will start promptly at 10H00, and guests are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes before the event begins.
The organizer reserves the right to alter the event schedule and timing.
Conduct at the Event
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and adhere to local laws and regulations.
Any form of disruptive, harmful, or illegal behaviour will result in removal from the event without a refund.
The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
Photography & Media
The event may be photographed and recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in any related promotional material, including social media, websites, and print.
Personal photography is permitted, but professional cameras and video recording equipment are prohibited without prior approval.
Refunds & Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation by the organizer, a full refund will be provided.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer.
Health & Safety
Attendees must comply with health and safety measures in place at the time of the event.
The organizer will not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, or health issues that may arise during the event.
Attendees should stay home if they are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or any contagious disease.
Liability
The organizer is not liable for any personal injury, damage, or loss of property that occurs before, during, or after the event.
Attendees enter the event at their own risk.
Ticket Resale
Tickets are not to be resold for more than their face value without the express consent of the organizer. Reselling tickets may result in the ticket being voided.
Force Majeure
The organizer shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these terms due to causes beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events.
Changes to Terms
The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to ticket holders as soon as possible.
