1.Ticket Validity
This ticket is valid only for entry to Bushbuckridge Fest on December 14, 2024, at Mafemani Sports Field, Dwarsloop. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2.Entry Requirements
Entry is permitted only upon presentation of a valid ticket. Attendees may be required to present a valid ID to verify their age if suspected that they are younger than 18. No re-entry is allowed without prior authorization.
3.Age Restrictions
Attendees under the age of 18 are not allowed. The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18.
4.Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited and will not be allowed on-site: weapons, illegal drugs, fireworks, glass bottles, outside alcohol, Cars and other potentially hazardous items. Bags and personal belongings are subject to search upon entry.
5.Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward others. Any form of harassment, violence, or disorderly conduct will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
6.Security and Safety
Security will be provided by authorized personnel to ensure the safety of all attendees. Please follow any instructions from security staff and report any suspicious activities to them.
7.Liability Waiver
By attending Bushbuckridge Fest, you accept all risks associated with the event and agree that the organizers, sponsors, and venue are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred.
8.Event Changes
The organizers reserve the right to change the lineup, venue, or date due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, updates will be provided through official channels.
9.Photography and Media Release
By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in event photography and videography, which may be used for promotional purposes by the event and its sponsors.
10.Refund Policy
Refunds will only be provided if the event is canceled by the organizers. Tickets are otherwise non-refundable.
11.Health and Safety Compliance
Attendees must adhere to all health and safety regulations, including any COVID-19 guidelines that may apply.
