Refund policy

REFUND POLICY – Bubble’s Farmers Market 1. General Policy All ticket sales are final. Tickets purchased through Computicket or at the gate are non-refundable. 2. Refund Exceptions Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances: • Event cancellation by the organisers • Major postponement to a new date that a ticket holder cannot attend • Duplicate ticket purchases caused by a system error (Computicket verification required) 3. Weather Conditions The event will continue in light rain or wind. Refunds will not be issued due to weather unless the venue becomes unsafe and the event is officially cancelled by the organisers. No-Show Policy No refunds for ticket holders or vendors who do not attend the event. . Refund Method Approved refunds will be processed through Computicket’s standard refund system for online purchases. Gate refunds (if applicable) will be processed electronically within 7–14 working days.

Parking

VENUE PARKING POLICY – Bubble’s Farmers Market 1. Parking Area Parking is available in the designated areas around Bubble Bistro and Bubble Palaise. All parking is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Security & Safety Security personnel will be onsite to monitor parking areas, but: • Bubble Bistro and event organisers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or property inside the vehicles. Parking is strictly at the vehicle owner’s risk. 3. Access Control • Vehicles may be searched upon entry • No alcohol is permitted to be brought into the venue from vehicles • Only empty cooler boxes are allowed to enter the event 4. Traffic Flow Drivers must follow instructions from parking marshals to maintain safe flow and avoid congestion. Illegal or obstructive parking may result in being towed at the owner’s expense. 5. Reserved Parking Only the following may use marked reserved bays: • Event staff • Vendors (if allocated unloading bays) • Emergency and security vehicles No other guests may occupy these spaces. 6. Overnight Parking Overnight parking is not allowed. All vehicles must be removed at closing time (2am). 7. Pedestrian Safety Speed limit within the parking zone is 10 km/h. Drivers must give way to pedestrians at all times.
