Refund policy
1. Full Refund: Attendees can receive a full refund if they cancel their ticket up to 7 days 2. Partial Refund: A partial refund may be issued for cancellations made within 3 days, minus a processing fee of 40% of the ticket price. 3. No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event start time or for no-shows on the day of the event. 4. Transferable Tickets: Attendees may have the option to transfer their ticket to another person if they are unable to attend, provided they notify the event organizers in advance. 5. Event Cancellation: In the rare event that the "Brushstrokes & Bonds: A Sip and Paint Social" event is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances e.g., inclement weather, venue issues, attendees will be entitled to a full refund of their ticket purchase. 6. Force Majeure: The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event in the case of force majeure events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations. In such cases, refunds may be issued at the discretion of the organizers.
