Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
Each ticket allows entry to the event for the specified ticket holder.
Children’s tickets are for children only.
Children’s activities, including jumping castles and water slide, are available from 12:00–17:30.
Cooler boxes are allowed, but no bottles are permitted.
No outside alcohol or illegal substances are permitted at the event.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with the event rules.
Attendees enter the venue at their own risk. SILENTIUM BERRY and the venue will not be responsible for loss, theft, injury or damage caused by negligence or misconduct of attendees.
Event times and programme details may be changed by the organisers when necessary.
