General Conditions of Entry
Right of Admission: The venue management and event promoters reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who is drunk, disorderly, offensive, or whose conduct is unlawful or causes a disturbance.
Assumption of Risk: Attending a motorsport event is at your own risk. You assume all risk of damage or loss, including personal injury and property damage, however it arises.
Tickets: A valid ticket is required for entry, and it must be purchased from an authorised agent. Tickets are non-refundable. In case the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. rain), the organisers shall arrange another event.
No cash transactions shall take place at the gate. Only debit and credit cards will be accepted for the purchase of gate tickets.
Cash can be used inside the premises for liqour and food purchases.
Searches: All patrons and their belongings may be subject to searches upon entry to ensure safety and security. Refusal to a search may result in denied entry.
Age Restrictions: No children under the age of three (3) are allowed. Minors must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Re-admittance: Once you leave the venue, you will not be permitted to re-enter unless you purchase a new ticket.
Prohibited Items and Actions
A strict list of prohibited items is enforced for safety and security. These items include:
Weapons and Explosives: Any type of weapon, firearms, ammunition, knives, explosives, fireworks, flares, and smoke bombs are strictly forbidden.
Alcohol and Narcotics: Bringing in outside alcohol is subject to a levy. External liqour is not allowed in the VIP area.
Non-prescribed narcotics are prohibited.
Alcohol is sold in designated areas within the venue.
Containers: Cans, glass bottles, and metal containers/objects are usually not allowed.
Cooking Equipment: "Braai" or cooking equipment are not permitted.
Animals: Animals (other than service or guide dogs) are not allowed.
Unmanned Aerial Vehicles: The use of drones or model aircraft is strictly prohibited within the grounds.
Smoking: Smoking is generally prohibited except in clearly marked, designated smoking areas.
Media and Recording
Photography/Recording: Personal cameras and video recorders are permitted for private use, but professional equipment (e.g., large detachable lenses, professional TV cameras) and commercial recording are not allowed without prior written approval.
Use of Image: By entering the venue, attendees consent to their image or likeness being used as part of any official recordings or promotional materials.
Spectators are expected to comply with all relevant statutes, venue regulations, and safety announcements while attending the event.
