The Western Province Motor Club, Race SA, GHC Drift Outlaws and Spin Outlaws, and Razor Custom Car Show are proud to present Bragging Rights 2023 at Killarney on Saturday 11 March.
It’s a three-in-one blockbuster event featuring some of South Africa’s fastest drag racing cars and motorcycles, as well as top drifters and spinners - a must for any petrolhead who loves big engines and tyre smoke.
The rules for the anything-goes drag racing contest are simple: As long as the car (or motorcycle) will pass a strict safety inspection, you can run any tyres you want, with or without lights, bumpers, original glass or interior trim.
Competitors will be placed into classes based on qualifying times; that way the contestants in each run will always be evenly matched. Then it’s all about lightning-fast reactions and getting the power down – wheelspin is easy, but it costs you time!
Drifting and Spinning will each have a TOP 16 competition, which will decide the National Spin and Drift Outlaws Kings of Racing. Spinning will have a spinkhana course layout that will challenge the skill of the driver and is set to be a true standoff of skills. We have more than 24 spinners and 16 drifters from around South Africa vying for top honours.
Spin Outlaws has become a national series and has set the bar for the motorsport of spinning. We have the best of the best competing at Bragging Rights to decide who will be crowned the King of 2023. Sunesh Pursad (Spin King) and Juan Stemmet (Drift King) are confident they will defend their titles and take the coveted titles back home.
Pre-book your tickets via Computicket or pay at the gate: Spectators get to enjoy all three events for R100 and the event is free for children under 12; Western Province Motor Club members also get in free on production of their membership book at the gate.

Refund policy
You may cancel any booking submitted to us for tickets that have not yet been issued to you at any time prior to the date of the event to which such booking pertains by sending a cancellation notice to info@computicket.com or calling our Customer Care Centre on +27 (0)11 340 8000 or 0861 915 8000. You may also cancel and return any issued tickets acquired from us at any time prior to the scheduled date of the event to which they apply by handing in your tickets at any of our Money Market kiosks. When you cancel your booking or return your tickets you must provide us with the relevant booking number. Following receipt of your booking cancellation or returned tickets, we will refund you the face value paid for the relevant tickets (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid), provided that reasonable cancellation charges as determined by the Event Organiser may be charged and deducted from such refund. Unless otherwise stipulated by the Event Organiser and depending on the prevailing circumstances the following cancellation charges may apply: - If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the event a 15% cancellation fee will apply; - If the cancellation occurs less than 30 but more than 7 days prior to the event a 50% cancellation fee will apply; - If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the event a 100% cancellation fee will apply; - Notwithstanding the aforesaid, if you can provide us with suitable documentary proof that a person in whose name a ticket was booked will not be able to attend the event because of his/her death and/or hospitalisation, no cancellation fee will apply in respect of the cancellation of such person`s ticket.
