Boys' and Men's Mental Health Fun Run/Walk

Join us at Klipgat Community Hall on 6 December 2025!

Registration opens at 6:30 AM, and the fun run starts promptly at 7:00 AM.

This fun run supports boys' and men's mental health, a vital but often overlooked issue that affects wellbeing, confidence, and success in our communities.

Everyone is welcome, people of all ages can run, walk, or cheer us on.

By participating, you are contributing to better mental health awareness and empowering local institutions that shape our future generations.
