Book Launch and Mental Health Awareness Campaign

On July 8th, join us for an event to empower and educate. We will be launching a book on mental health and raising awareness surrounding the importance of this topic.

The book is also about an Orphan who had to do life without parents or family. Like an eagle she had to fly and rise above the storms of life. At one point she had to drop out of varsity because of lack of finances. Today she holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Accounting.

We have amazing performers lined up for the day. These performers will be sure to bring a smile to your face and keep you entertained.

Learn about mental health and gain the tools to improve your own mental wellness. We will be offering resources to help you with your journey. Joining us for this event will be experts of mental health from the department of health. Above that we also have people who suffered severe depression and ended up being hospitalized and also those that were put on anti-depressants tablets. They will each share their journey to recovery with you. Empower,motivate and encourage those who might find themselves on the same path.

The event starts at 11:30 am and ends at 5:00 pm on July 8th.
