Terms and Conditions

for Bolobedu Denim and White (The Wimbledon Affair)

By purchasing a ticket or booking a table for Bolobedu Denim & White – The Wimbledon Affair, you agree to the following:

  1. Entry is strictly by a valid ticket or confirmed table booking.

  2. Guests must be 18 years or older. Valid identification may be required at the entrance.

  3. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law.

  4. VIP tickets and table bookings must be presented upon arrival.

  5. Doors open at 12:00 PM on 26 December, and the event ends at 6:00 AM the following morning.

  6. The official dress code is Denim & White/ Wimbledon Themed outfits.

  7. No weapons, illegal substances, or dangerous items are permitted on the premises.

  8. Guests may be subject to security checks before entry.

  9. Excessive intoxication, violent behaviour, harassment, or disorderly conduct will result in removal from the event without a refund.

  10. The organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings

  11. By attending, guests consent to photography and video recording for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

  12. The event programme, artists, entertainment, and schedule may change without prior notice.

  13. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the organiser's control, the event may be postponed or cancelled. Any remedies will be communicated by the organiser.

  14. Table bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  15. Guests are expected to respect the venue, staff, performers, and fellow attendees at all times.

  16. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct may compromise the safety, enjoyment, or reputation of the event.

  17. Entry is at the attendee's own risk. The organiser, venue, sponsors, and partners accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

  18. By purchasing a ticket or entering the venue, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
