Refund policy

We want all our guests to have a seamless experience when purchasing tickets for the Car & Couture BMW Show on 19 October 2025. Please carefully review our refund and cancellation terms below: 1. General Policy All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, except in the specific circumstances outlined below. Tickets may not be resold for profit. Any tickets found to be resold at inflated prices will be invalidated. 2. Event Cancellation or Postponement In the unlikely event that the Car & Couture BMW Show is cancelled, all ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price. If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Should a guest not be able to attend the rescheduled date, a full refund may be requested within 7 business days of the postponement announcement. 3. No-Show or Late Arrival Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend the event (“no-show”), late arrival, or inability to access the event due to failure to comply with entry requirements. 4. Partial Refunds Partial refunds are not available for any reason, including but not limited to, missed portions of the event, unsatisfactory experience, or change of mind. 5. Force Majeure If the event cannot take place due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control (including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics), ticket holders will be offered either: A full refund, or A transfer of their ticket to a future RMS Automotive Group event of equal value. 6. Refund Process All approved refunds will be processed via Computicket and credited to the original method of payment. Parking

To ensure a smooth and safe experience for all attendees, the following parking rules will apply at the Car & Couture BMW Show on 19 October 2025: 1. BMW Vehicle Parking Only BMW vehicles will be allowed into the designated on-site Show Parking Area after a screening process at the gate. Spaces in the Show Parking Area are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. All BMWs on display must be parked in their assigned bays and remain in place until the end of the event (3 PM) unless otherwise directed by officials. 2. Non-BMW Vehicle Parking Vehicles that are not BMWs will be directed to the external parking area located outside the perimeter of the venue. Shuttle or walking access will be provided to the main event entrance from external parking. 3. General Parking Rules Parking attendants and security staff will direct vehicles. Please follow their instructions at all times. No revving, burnouts, drifting, or reckless driving will be tolerated in any parking areas. Parking is at the vehicle owner’s risk. The organiser, RMS Automotive Group, and Bosch Service Centre Cornubia will not be held liable for theft, damage, or loss. 4. VIP & Reserved Parking VIP guests and sponsors will have access to a reserved parking area close to the entrance. Access requires an official VIP pass or invitation. No unauthorised vehicles will be permitted in the VIP area. 5. Security & Safety Security will be present in all designated parking zones throughout the event. Overnight parking is strictly prohibited. Vehicles must vacate the venue by 5 PM on the day of the event. Any unattended or improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.

Organiser
