Founded in 2009 as more than just a clothing brand, Abajabule Abantu has grown into a movement rooted in bringing people together through culture, expression, and a message of living freely and joyfully. Seventeen years later, they mark this milestone the same way they have built their name through people, sound, and shared experience.
Over the years Rob has hosted Big Bad Sound System and Kebra Ethiopia Sound System sessions, and every time the vibes have been right. For the first time, both sounds will share the same arena in Daveyton, a moment that has never happened before.
Big Bad Sound System, from Daveyton, was founded by Eeka Mouze, one of the respected box builders in the culture, and has been powering sessions for over 20 years. Carrying both experience and legacy, he now steps forward with the next generation to share the vibes.
Kebra Ethiopia Sound System (Kwa-Thema) presents a roots and culture experience rooted in conscious selection and community. Since 2005, known for uplifting and deep selections. They always carry a powerful atmosphere that brings people together through the spirit of music.
This is more than a dance, it is a celebration of a living movement. A meeting of sound, people, and purpose.
