Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket or attending the Blouberg Family Fun Day (“the Event”), all participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Tickets and Entry

1. All attendees must have a valid ticket for entry.

2. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.

3. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Entry may be refused if attendees do not comply with the Event rules or behave inappropriately.

2. Event Schedule

1. The Event will take place from [09:00] to [18:00].

2. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program or timing without prior notice.

3. Health and Safety

1. Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety during the Event.

2. Hunadi Garden and its staff will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen property.

3. First aid facilities will be available on-site.

4. Behavior and Conduct

1. All attendees must respect staff, performers, and other participants.

2. Disruptive or dangerous behavior may result in removal from the Event without a refund.

3. No alcohol, drugs, or weapons are allowed on the premises.

5. Food, Beverages, and Vendors

1. Attendees may bring their own food, but all waste must be disposed of responsibly.

2. Food and beverages will also be available for purchase on-site.

6. Photography and Media

1. By attending the Event, participants consent to being photographed or filmed.

2. All photos and videos taken may be used by Hunadi Garden for promotional purposes without compensation.

7. Liability

1. The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss during the Event.

2. Attendees participate at their own risk.

8. Cancellation or Postponement

1. Hunadi Garden reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather or safety concerns.

2. In the case of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds will be considered at the discretion of the organizers.

9. Compliance

1. By attending, participants agree to comply with all instructions from Event staff and follow the rules of the venue.

10. Governing Law

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.

2. Any disputes arising from the Event will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
