All ticket sales for BFN Market are FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE. By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder acknowledges and agrees that refunds will not be provided for: * Change of mind; * Failure to attend the event; * Late arrival; * Personal circumstances; * Travel difficulties; * Weather conditions where the event continues as scheduled; * Loss, theft or damage of a ticket; * Removal from the event due to misconduct or violation of the event rules; or * Failure to comply with the event’s entry requirements. Tickets may not be duplicated, altered or fraudulently resold. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person who breaches the event rules, without a refund. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, refunds will be handled in accordance with the applicable Computicket procedures and South African consumer law. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets may remain valid for the new event date, subject to the organiser’s and Computicket’s applicable procedures. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or refunds that are required by applicable South African law.
