*TERMS & CONDITIONS*

*Date:* 16 December 2026, 1PM - 5AM (Ends 17 December 2026)
*Venue:* Ext 11 Park, Soshanguve South
By purchasing a ticket, booking a stall, or entering the venue, you agree to the following terms:
*1. Tickets & Entry*
- Tickets: Early Bird R60, General R100, Gate R150, VIP R200, VIP at the Gate R250.
- After payment, WhatsApp your proof of payment to 067 754 4673 to receive your unique 4-digit gate entry code.
- Each code is valid for ONE person, ONE entry only, unless otherwise stated by management.
- *NEVER SHARE YOUR CODE.* If your code is shared and used by someone else, you will be denied entry and no refund will be given.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after the code has been issued.
- Lost codes will not be replaced unless you can provide proof of payment.
- Right of admission is reserved.
*2. Age & Identification*
- This is an all-ages event, but children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Valid ID may be requested at the gate.
- Alcohol will NOT be sold to persons under 18. No ID, no alcohol.
*3. Alcohol, Food & Cooler Boxes*
- Alcohol will be sold inside the venue.
- Food will be sold inside the venue.
- Cooler boxes are allowed at R50 per cooler box, any size. Fee payable at the gate.
- No illegal substances will be tolerated. Anyone found with illegal substances will be removed and handed to SAPS.
*4. Parking & Security*
- Secure car parking is available at R50 per vehicle.
- Parking is at the owner's own risk. Management, Tony Decstar, and sponsors are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or valuables.
- Security will conduct searches at the gate. By entering, you consent to a search of your person, bags, and cooler boxes.
- No weapons, glass bottles, fireworks, or dangerous objects allowed.
*5. Food & Drinks Stalls*
- Stall entrance fee is R400.
- Stall bookings are only confirmed after full payment and proof of payment.
- Stall fees are non-refundable.
- Stall owners are responsible for their own stock, equipment, staff, and cash handling.
- Stall owners must keep their area clean and trade only in their allocated space.
- Management reserves the right to remove any stall selling illegal or unsafe goods without refund.
*6. Conduct & Safety*
- No fighting, bullying, harassment, or disorderly behaviour.
- Anyone causing trouble will be removed immediately without refund.
- No illegal trading or ticket touting at the gate.
- Attendees must follow all instructions from security, staff, and management.
- Management reserves the right to stop the music or close the venue early for safety reasons.
*7. Photography & Media*
- Official photographers and videographers will be on site. Camera bookings via Smartshot Studios: 076 813 5577.
- By entering, you consent to being photographed and filmed for promotional use by Tony Decstar and sponsors, including social media.
- If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform the media team on arrival.
*8. Liability*
- Attendees enter at their own risk.
- Tony Decstar, Ext 11 Park, sponsors, and partners (Pitori Proverb Clothing, Stan Cargo Clothing, Smart Shot Studios, Russia Entertainment) will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, except where caused by gross negligence.
- In case of bad weather, management will decide whether the event continues. No refunds will be given for weather unless the event is fully cancelled by management.
*9. Cancellations & Changes*
- Artists, lineup, and times are subject to change without prior notice.
- More artists to be revealed. Lineup changes do not qualify for a refund.
- If the event is cancelled by management, ticket holders will be informed via WhatsApp and official pages on the refund process.
