BLAZE & BASS 425 – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General Admission
Entry to the event is only permitted with a valid ticket purchased through authorized outlets including Computicket, Shoprite, or approved sellers.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is officially cancelled by the organizers.
The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who violates event rules.

Location: Diarrora Food & Network Spot, Mogwase
Gates open at the time communicated by the organizers.
The organizers reserve the right to change the program, artists, or schedule without prior notice.
3. Age Restriction
No persons under the age of 18 years will be allowed entry.
Valid identification may be requested at the entrance.
4. Safety & Security
All attendees may be searched upon entry.
Dangerous weapons, illegal substances, and hazardous items are strictly prohibited.
Any individual found in possession of prohibited items will be denied entry or handed over to authorities.
5. Alcohol & Substance Policy
Responsible drinking is encouraged.
No underage drinking is allowed.
Illegal drugs or substances are strictly prohibited within the venue.
6. Coolers & Outside Items
Cooler boxes are allowed only upon payment of the stated cooler box fee.
The organizers reserve the right to inspect all cooler boxes and bags.
Glass bottles or prohibited items may be confiscated.
7. Conduct
Fighting, harassment, vandalism, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Offenders may be removed from the venue without refund.
8. Photography & Media
By attending the event, guests consent to photography and video recording.
Event photos and videos may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Attendance is at your own risk.
The organizers, sponsors, venue owners, and partners will not be held responsible for:
Loss or theft of personal belongings
Injury, accidents, or damages occurring during the event.
10. Parking
Parking is at the owner’s risk.
The organizers are not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles.
11. Right of Admission Reserved
Management reserves the right of admission.
Anyone appearing intoxicated or behaving dangerously may be denied entry.
12. Force Majeure
The organizers shall not be liable for cancellation or delays caused by circumstances beyond their control including weather conditions, government restrictions, or emergencies.
